CDN Caesar

 

It’s opening day, the dogs are fed, and the skinning shack is full. It’s time to make a Caesar.

 

- Lemon wedge

- Rimmer: Tajin rimmer (chili and lime spice)

- Ice

- 2 oz vodka

- Hot sauce

- Horseradish 

- Lea & Perrins Worcestershire

- Clamato juice (like tomato juice but better)

- Garnish (whatever you like: celery, pickle spear, pickled bean and lemon)

There’s no secret where this one comes from, it’s the perfect mix after hauling out that swamp buck, the Cedar Sour.

- Rimmer: Dehydrated cedar mixed with sugar
-Ice
- 2 oz Antler
cedar gin
- Citrus mix
- Cedar for garnish
- Lime wedge

Maple Ol’ Fashioned

 

Born in the sugar shack, and raised in the hardwoods, this Maple Ol’ Fashioned is a spin on a camp classic.


- Ice
- 2 oz bourbon
- Dash of bitters
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- Orange peel

- 2 oz. Venison jerky infused Drambuie

- 2 oz. scotch

- Venison Jerky
